I’m a heavy Google Drive user, so I wanted to design an interactive logo animation that illustrates the option for users to add a file directly to their Drive in a playful way. The animation begins with a file icon morphing into the Google Drive logo, then unfolds in three stages to visually represent the file being sent into the cloud. The final step is a fake 3D variation of the Drive logo, giving the impression of entering a new digital space. On click, the Google Drive logo animates and redirects you to your personal Drive, turning a simple logo into a functional micro-interaction.
