How graphic assets are put in motion for animated logo

This is a personal project. I created the animated version of the Wallonia – Brussels Federation logo and I decided to use this logo for showing how graphic elements are put in motion for designing an animated logo. I used Adobe Illustrator to draw the hands which will move the elements on the screen and to split the original logo into parts to be animated.
