Voltage drop across each resistor when the circuit contains two resistors

Voltage drop across each resistor when the circuit contains two resistors The circuit diagram below show two resistors in series connected to a is a 48 V source ( \\(\Delta V_{tot}\\) ). The resistor values are \\(R_1\\) = 6.4 Ω and \\(R_2\\) = 3.9 Ω. There are voltmeters to measure the voltage drop across both resistors, and the second one tells you that the voltage drop across \\(R_2\\) is 18 V.
